If you do not exaggerate by adding too much salt, sugar or fat, popcorn is great for your blood vessels, digestion and prevention of cancer.

Popcorn contains three times more fiber than the same amount of sunflower seeds and for a long period you do not feel hungry. Besides regulating blood sugar levels also reduce "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and contain a dose of vitamin B.
Research suggests that the actual health benefits of popcorn hide in a surprisingly large amount of poly-phenols, antioxidants they destroy free radicals - harmful substances that cause diseases such as cancer and heart problems.
However, be wary of adding salt, sugar or fat.
