Eating Before Bedtime ???




While you sleep, the body performs a number of actions: regenerates and multiplies their cells, digested food and doing a variety of other biological necessities of life. All these processes in the body looking for energy, which the body takes from food entered during the day and night.

In order to sleep peacefully will be better if you eat proteins and fats that make up all the cells in the body - it is allowed to organically grown meat, eggs, fruits like avocado because slowly burns and releases nutrients.
