Adults Aged 65 and More Should Stop Driving ???

Almost 81 percent of the 39.5 million people aged 65 years and still drives.

There is a connection between driving seniors and their overall health. We often wonder why older adults wants to continue driving.

Having more than 65 years, and still driving - seems to be a lot of discussion about when  should hand over the keys and whether should continue to drive or need to be ,,retired,, .

Some data that have been conducted world-wide indicates that adults aged 65 and older who stop driving are more likely to suffer from physical and mental health problems than their age who still drive.

These health problems include doubling the chances of depression and faster deterioration of cognitive abilities. Elderly people no longer run also five times more likely to end up in long-term medical care.

If older adults have to stop driving that something can be done to negate the loss of mobility and social activity that comes with the loss of the ability to drive.
